We diagnose and unblock first
We don't start by designing the perfect system. We find what's blocking you right now and remove it. The vehicle needs to move — we can redesign the engine later. Execution beats strategy every time.
- 2
We design the right setup
Once you're moving, we design the structure that fits your reality — roles, responsibilities, and the right processes or rituals depending on whether you need consistent output or you're operating in high ambiguity where execution is still responding to strategic discoveries.
- 3
We map your people
We look at who you have and what they're capable of. Who fits the new structure, who needs development, who might not be the right fit anymore — and what to do about it honestly and humanely.
- 4
We implement in iterations
We plan in iterations and stay with you through execution. If needed, we don't just advise — we take a fractional role and do the work alongside you.
- 5
We bring the right person in the room
At any stage, if we feel a specific expertise is needed, we bring someone in. Not a team. The right person, at the right moment.

The team

Anna Harris
She has helped grow two companies from early commercial stage to $100M-range exits, and advised 5+ more — from bootstrapped startups to public enterprises. Her edge is connecting all the revenue dots: GTM strategy, international expansion, and building the teams that execute it. She has lived and worked across 11 countries and built growth engines in many of those markets.

Jacek Gabanowicz
Over a decade of building sales pipelines and GTM systems for SaaS companies across European and global markets. He has since moved to where sales and AI intersect — building autonomous systems that generate revenue, not just activity. If your growth problem is a sales or GTM problem, he has already solved a version of it.

Joanna Andryszczak
She started her career in investment management, spent years on boards and in senior leadership at investment funds and financial institutions, then pivoted to coaching and leadership development. That combination is rare — she understands the pressure of high-stakes financial decisions from the inside, and knows how to help leaders perform under that weight. Over 10 years of coaching, mentoring and training, with a background that gives her instant credibility in rooms where the numbers matter.

Joanna Gawlik-Dziadoń
13 years of business and team coaching, with a background that spans banking leadership, organisational development, and conflict mediation. She works at the intersection of individual and team — helping managers stop functioning as a collection of individuals and start operating as a unit. For founders, that means one less thing to carry alone.

Katarzyna Kamińska
She has co-founded a tech startup, led business development for an AI software house, and managed regional marketing for Philips across 18 countries. What she's actually best at is building the systems that make revenue predictable — the processes, the team alignment, the operational backbone that founders keep postponing because they're too busy putting out fires.

Magda Olczak-Nowicka
Former Managing Partner with a decade in VC — building and managing funds backed by PFR Ventures and mBank, leading investments from pre-seed to Series A, sitting on supervisory boards. At Mangrove she works with founders who are preparing to raise — pressure-testing business models, sharpening fundraising narratives, and building the operational structures investors actually want to see.

Małgorzata Kubisiak
She has trained 150+ managers and supported founders through more than threefold growth in headcount. She specialises in leaders stepping into management for the first time — helping them build authority, find their style, and stop losing their best people in the process. Her background spans HR, organisational development, and business coaching across both corporates and scaling startups.

Marcin Zaremba
CPO and Head of Product at Allegro, Synerise, PizzaPortal, and iTaxi. Former Google Product Strategy Expert. He specializes in one thing: making sure the product roadmap actually serves the business, not the other way around. He works with founders who are building fast but shipping features that don't move the needle.

Marta Borkowska
Over the last five years she has worked with 200+ founders across Europe — through scaling, conflict, succession, and everything in between. She built HR functions from scratch in startups scaling past 100 people, and holds a PhD in the psychology of exceptional achievement. She founded Mangrove because she believes founders deserve significantly better than what the ecosystem currently offers them.

Nick Kenn
He has taken two technology businesses to IPO and scaled others from $100M to $500M across consumer tech, AI, and global marketplaces in Europe, Asia, and the US. He works with founders navigating hypergrowth and with Private Equity on value creation. From 0-1 product launches to M&A and turnarounds — he has been in every version of that room.

Piotr Kozłowski
He has built financial infrastructure for LOT Polish Airlines, G2A, and FRU.PL, with a background in corporate banking at Raiffeisen and derivatives at Credit Suisse. He specializes in payment orchestration, fraud prevention, and international cash-flow. He also bridges traditional banking and the crypto ecosystem — useful when your payment stack is more complex than your product.

Przemek Dybek
Built his career at EY, Capgemini, and PepsiCo. He has managed large-scale IT transformations and prepared companies for private equity exits. At Mangrove he does one thing above all: strips away the noise and tells you exactly how your business makes money — and what needs to change before it can scale.

Radek Kropielnicki
15 years in healthcare and pharma at Teva, GSK, and Sandoz — managing $90M portfolios across 13 markets. He led one of the most successful product launches in Europe in his sector, then moved into health-tech sales. If your business operates in complex, regulated environments or your B2B sales process needs rebuilding from the ground up, he has done it before.

Slawomir Walczak
He took Tylko from a 6-person startup to a 210-person company valued at nearly 700 million zł — staying hands-on in the code the entire way. He has been CTO at multiple startups since, including AI ventures backed by teams from NVIDIA and Meta. He sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business in a way most tech founders spend years looking for. He is what building actually looks like.

Tarek Younis
15 years scaling revenue and operations at Uber, Delivery Hero, and Cisco. He has led sales across Northern and Eastern Europe and stepped in as Interim CEO for tech startups that needed someone who could run things, not just advise on them. He sits at the intersection of product, delivery, and sales — and he builds the bridge between them so growth doesn't break the organization.
Testimonials
When you’re growing fast, the problems stop being about customers and start being about people — hiring the wrong ones, promoting the right ones too late, managing a team that’s doubling before you’ve even figured out who you are as a leader. Mangrove has been with us through all of those moments. Not with frameworks or theory, but with real, hands-on support. I honestly don’t know what version of Lettly we’d be running today without them. Probably a worse one.
Marta has been with us since we were 2 founders arguing over a shared desk. And three junior employees listening to those arguments. Ten years later, we’re 30+ and still calling her first when something important needs thinking through. She’s helped us navigate co-founder conflict, strrengthen and develope our managment team we actually trust, and make strategic calls we wouldn’t have had the clarity to make alone. Mangrove isn’t a consultant you hire. It’s the person who knows your company almost as well as you do (sometimes better than you) and tells you the truth without judgment.
Entrepreneurship is a great journey, but it can easily get hectic. When it does, even easy situations turn out to be super difficult to solve and founders themselves often feel overwhelmed and lost . This was exactly when I started working with the Mangrove team. They provided me with ready-to-use solutions that quickly lead my company to visible results and, as important as business results, quickly put my mind at ease. If you got stuck in similiar situtation, those are probably your go-to people.
Working with Marta — despite her being genuinely warm — is not a pat on the back. It's research-based, precise, and deeply individual. She's like a surgeon: she analyzes, diagnoses, cuts, and stitches. Except the patient is an active participant in the operation. We came to Mangrove because co-founder collaboration is where many startups quietly fall apart. Marta helped each of us understand our own thinking and working styles, then helped us understand each other's. I learned things about myself and my co-founders I hadn't seen before. It strengthened our relationships, sharpened how we divide responsibility, and made our leadership team genuinely more effective.
I've referred several founders from our portfolio to Mangrove, and the difference it makes is visible. These are people under real pressure, and Mangrove's work helps them think more clearly, lead more effectively, and move faster. As an investor, I can spot gaps that equity and board seats can't fix — Mangrove fills exactly that space.
